CypSec Founds a Serbian Asset Management Entity CypWealth D.O.O.

CypSec today announced the formation of CypWealth D.O.O., a Serbian-based asset management company fully owned by CypSec's Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Daria Fediay. The new entity will consolidate CypSec's intellectual property under a dedicated umbrella while preserving the company's operational independence and strategic flexibility.

CypWealth D.O.O. is designed to streamline the management of CypSec's technological assets, intellectual property, and related corporate holdings. This structure will allow CypSec to better safeguard proprietary innovations, simplify cross-border operations, and ensure compliance with regional regulatory frameworks.
